• “Event Creator” refers to users who create and host events
• “Attendee” refers to users who browse and attend events
• “Content” refers to text, images, videos, and other materials shared on the Platform

2. User Registration and Account

• Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials
• Users must not share their account credentials with third parties
• Users must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

3. Event Creation and Ticketing

3.1 Event Creators

• Must have the right and authority to host their events
• Are responsible for accurate event details and descriptions
• Must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Are responsible for event management and attendee communication
• Must honor their commitments to attendees

3.2 Payments and Fees

• All payments are processed through Razorpay
• Platform fees will be clearly displayed before checkout
• Event Creators receive payouts according to our payment schedule
• Refund policies must be clearly stated for each event

4. NFTs and Digital Assets

• NFTs are issued as proof of attendance
• Users must provide valid crypto wallet addresses
• We are not responsible for incorrect wallet addresses
• NFT benefits and utilities are at the discretion of Event Creators
• Gas fees may apply for NFT transfers

5. Social Features and Content

• Users retain ownership of their content
• Users grant us license to display and distribute their content
• Content must not violate our community guidelines
• We may remove content that violates our terms
• Users are responsible for their interactions with others

6. Prohibited Activities

• Creating fake events or scams
• Posting inappropriate or offensive content
• Harassing other users
• Attempting to manipulate the Platform
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Using the Platform for illegal activities

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Event cancellations or changes
• User disputes or conflicts
• Technical issues with NFT transfers
• Third-party payment processing issues
• Loss of data or content

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law
